The Japanese rock song band was named as “Mr. Children” which was formed in 1988. The members in the musical group are Hideya Suzuki, Kazutoshi sakurai, Keisuke Nakagawa, and Kenichi Tahara.

About the music band

The group was originally called as “The Walls”. But they thought it was not good so decided to kept children but later it was renamed as Mr. Children. The music band had released their debut music album “Everything” on May 10th 1992. After three months the music band had released their first music single song “Kimi ga Ita Natsu”.

The music group had delivered their second music album “Kind of Love” and also the second music single “Dakishimetai” on December 1st in 1992. The music band released their third music album “Versus” but it was failed to bring the fan’s attention. Then they had released the music album “Cross Road” on November 10th 1993. This song was used in the Japanese dramas. The “Innocent World” new music single was released on June 1st 1994. Atomic Heart was their fourth music album which was released on September 1, 1994.They released their 14th music single "Nishie Higashi He" on February 11th, 1998. This theme song was used in the Japanese drama Kira Kira Hikaru. Their seventh music album Discovery was released on February 3, 1999. The music single “Everybody Goes-Chitsujo no Nai Gendai ni Drop-kick” was delivered by the musicians on December 12th 1994. In 2002 the music band had released their 22nd music single “Kimi ga Suki” for new year in 2002. This song was used as the theme song in the Japanaese drama “Antique”. In May the music band had released their 10th music album “It’s a Wonderful World” this also treated as a group’s tenth anniversary. Recently the music band had released the music album, first title music song was “Shounen” it was used in a drama “Battery” and another song inducted to use in a Olympic.

Chart positions of the music albums

In 1992 the music album “Everything” had reached to the position at 25. With the same year the song “Kind of Love” peaked at 13 in the board. In 1993 the music album “Versus” was climbed to 3rd position. Later some years the musicians music albums started to achieve and stayed in the 1st position. Such music albums were “Atomic Heart” in 1994, “Shinkai” in 1996, “Bolero” in 1997, “Discovery” in 1999 and “1/42” in 1999. The music concert album songs from “Mr.Children 1992-1995” was climbed to the peak position at 1. In 2002 the music album “It’s a Wonderful World” was also entered into the board with the number 1 position. Later a few years the songs from the music album “Shifuku no Oto” gave the best delivery to the chart position at number 1. Then the song “I Love U” in the year of 2005 had reached to the numbr one position. Last year the music albums “Home” and “B-Side” was peaked at number 1 and stayed in the board for several weeks.
