The Corrs musical group was from Dundalk, Ireland. The members from the music band were Andrea, who plays vocals, tin whistle, Sharon played the music instrument violin and vocals, Caroline plays the music instrument drums, percussion, bodhran and vocals and Jim featured in music instrument guitar, keyboards, vocals. Musical group “The Corrs” came to know internationally by their performance at the 1996 Summer Olympics. After that they have released five studio musical albums and numerous singles songs. The music album Talk on Corners is the most successful album. They stayed in the U.S for five months to record their debut music album, “Forgiven, Not Forgotten” the songs from the album gave commercial hit in Ireland, Australia, Japan, Norway and Spain. Major success in the U.S and the U.K was not immediately knocked them. The music album reached platinum status. It was the most successful debut music album by an Irish group. The Corrs released their next music album “Talk On Corners” in 1997. The album was produced by Glen Ballard. The music’s and songs from this album got success in Ireland.
In 1998, the musical group “The Corrs” performed a special remixed version from their first two albums in St. Patrick's Day appearance at London's Royal Albert Hall. The songs like "What Can I Do?", "So Young" and "Runaway" were striked No.1 position worldwide. The musical band The Corrs performed "Me Ire (The Hardest Day)" on the musical album, “El Alma Al Aire”. The hit song from that album was "Breathless", which striked No.34 in the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In 2001, The band released their first compilation album, “Best of The Corrs”. The album contains some previously composed music’s, released songs and also new tracks. Some of the new songs from this album are "Would You Be Happier", "Make You Mine" and "Lifting Me".
In 2004 the music group The Corrs released their album, “Borrowed Heaven”. They took more than 18 months duration to record “Borrowed Heaven”. The locations for the songs was recorded in Dublin and Los Angeles. This musics and songs did not gave success as previous one. The musical band dedicated their songs and music from the album “Home", to their mother . The musical album “Home” is regarded as a traditional Irish album. The band recordeed traditional Irish songs. Those songs were taken from their mother's songbook. The songs featured in “Home” are in Irish music style. The album contains two songs in Irish. Those songs were "Bríd Óg Ní Mháille (Bridget O'Malley)" and "Buachaill Ón Éirne (Boy from Lough Erne)".
