Andrea Bocelli is an Italian singer. He was born on 22 September,1958 in Italy. He is an operatic pop singer and also a classical crossover singer. He recorded six operas and several classical music and pop music album. Andrea Bocelli learned the musical instrument piano by the age six, he also learned the musical instruments such as flute and saxophone. He learned singing songs from his childhood.

In 1992, Zucchero an Italian rock star released the music album named as “Miserere”. Then Zucchero called Bocelli and Bocelli sang many Duet songs. Bocelli also given solo songs in concerts. He signed with SugarRecords and sang the song “Miserere” and “Nessun dorma”. In November 1993, he entered into prelimanary round of Italian Sanremo Music Festival and performed the song “miserere” and he won the prelimenary competition. In February 1994 he participated in the main Sanremo Festival competition with the song “II mare calmo della sera”. After winning 1994 newcomers section from the Sanremo Festival he was invited again in the following year. He entered the main competition with the song “Con te partirò” and got fourth place.

In the year 1994 he released the music album “II mare calmo della sera” and this music album reached No.19 position on NL. The music album “Bocelli” was released by the year 1995 and placed no.1 position both on NL and Ger. Then in the year 1996 the music album “Viaggio Italiano” was released and reached no.15 on Ger chart. The music album “Romanza” was released by the year 1996 and it stayed on No.35 on U.S chart and at no.6 on UK chart and no.1 on NL chart. The music album “Aria - The Opera” was released on 1997 and peaked at No.59 in U.S and No.33 on UK. The music album ”Hymn for the World” was released on the same year 1997 and on 1988 the music album”Hymn for the World 2” was released. The music album “Sogno” was released on 1999 and peaked No.4 on US chart , No.4 on UK chart. The music album”Sacred Arias” was released on the same year 1999 and this peaked to No.22 and No.20 on US and UK respectively. The music album “Verdi” in the year 2000 and the positions were No.23 on US chart, No.2 ITA and No.17 on UK chart.The music album “Cieli di Toscana” released in 2001 and stayed on No.11 in US chart, No.3 in UK chart, No.3 ITA chart. The music album “Amore” in 2006 and peaked No.3 on US, No.4 on UK, No.1 on NL and No.2 on ITA charts. The music album “Leoncavallo: Pagliacci” with “Ana María Martínez et al” in 2006 which stayed on US chart No.3 and UK chart No.4 and the music album “The Best of Andrea Bocelli: Vivere” in 2007 and stayed on No.9 on US and No.4 on UK charts. The music album and its songs are now available on Mp3 and Downloads worldwide.
